I recently found out that you can do home workout no weights needed. There are a number of fitness routines you can practice. You can start with push ups for endurance. Usually a fitness instructor will tell you to do like a dozen or so repetitions. I noticed that you can achieve the same result even with minimal reps. Push ups may be done against the wall or the floor either way you could achieve the same effect. You can also try mixing different strength sets that gives you the same result as when using weights. Do a number of reps until your body adjusts to the extra body workout.
