I’ve been running a business on Second Life for years and it can be pretty hard to keep up with customer demands if you’re away from home. I just got this new iPad from freebiejeebies and it has helped my business so much. Whenever a customer needs to contact me I can be online within seconds, and most of the time sort the problem out right then and there. If someone needs help with one of my products I can be online to chat with them, even when I’m not at my desk. I can also send out group notices to let people know what’s new with my shop.
The iPad is a must have for Second Life business if you want to provide the highest quality of customer service. The ability to provide instant solutions to your customer’s issue can mean the difference between them coming back for more or never seeing them again.
